How to create a business entity

When you create a business for the first time, you’ll automatically land on the Business settings page under the Details tab.

If you’re adding a second business, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. You’ll be directed to the Business settings page

  3. Click Create another

  4. Complete the required fields

Fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*), then click Continue.

💡 Ensure the Business number is entered correctly - this activates the Know Your Business (KYB) verification process.
