Adding your firm users ensures that everyone has the right access to the right clients to complete payroll.
To get started you can click your avatar in the top right. If you haven't added your image to your profile, it will show your initials.
Then you can choose Users and Access.
Use the “Add User” button in the top right to create a new user.
You can upload their photo or once they're added they can upload their photo themselves.
Start by adding their details, including:
first name
last name
email
phone number
Next you can choose the user permissions, including:
Can give access = Allow the user to add, edit, and delete access between users and clients.
Can edit users = Allows the user to invite, edit, and delete users for this firm, including editing these permissions.
Can manage firm = Allows the user to access the manage firm screen, including access to control the firm subscription.
Finally, you will grant them access to the clients they work with. You can choose all clients by selecting the check box at the top of the table or you can choose individual clients by selecting them one by one. You can multi-select clients to add access in bulk by clicking the checkbox next to more than one client.
Once you complete the above steps, you can scroll up to the top of the page and click the “Create User” button found in the top right.
This will send an email to the user, which they can then accept and gain access to Paiday Hub.
