Updating your Firm Details in Paiday Hub

Learn how to easily update your accounting / bookkeeping firm details inside Paiday Hub.

Your firm information may update from time to time and in this article we will show you how to make those updates inside Paiday Hub.

If you are set up as a Firm Administrator then you will be able to access and manage your firms settings.

If you click your avatar in the top right of Paiday hub and don't see Firm as an option in the list, then you are not a firm administrator.

Start by clicking your avatar in the top right. This will either show an image that you've uploaded on your profile or your initials.

Choose “Firm” in the list from the overlay.

On the next screen that loads you will see tabs for details and subscription.

Updating the Details Tab

The details tab will show you information we've captured about your accounting firm.

For the Details tab you can update the following:

  1. Firm Name

  2. Legal Name

  3. Contact Number

  4. Address Line 1

  5. Address Line 2

  6. City

  7. Province / Territory

  8. Postal Code

  9. Billing Email

If you make any updates to these, make sure you click the “Save Firm Details” button at the bottom.

Updating the Subscription Tab

The subscription tab allows you to manage how you pay your subscriptions for Paiday Hub and any clients that you're paying Paiday payroll for.

You will see the subscription status, current plan, billing information, and an option to update firm payment method. You can choose between:

  1. Card - a credit card

  2. Pre-authorized Debit

If you make any changes to your payment method, make sure to click Save.
